Oh, and I took your advice and have taken the horse riding lessons. I am loving it!Just Jess for nowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07250050080448577898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19662648.post-1153495668852030452006-07-21T16:27:00.000+01:002006-07-21T16:27:00.000+01:00interesting stuff jess - thanks. You know I swam ...interesting stuff jess - thanks.

You know I swam two open water swims and hated both of them. Mind you that my body just isn't made for salt water. I leave my mouth open when I swim and the first time I got so much salt water in my lungs. Ouch!

The second time, I swam with gum and it was more for fun. I agreed to do it with someone who was A LOT slower than me, so that she would finish. We eventually finished the 3 mile ocean race, but I swear I'd rather be taking pics these days...

HOWEVER... I've had getting back into working out in my mind lately. IT's been 5ish years about since I've done workouts.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09455800980666388178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19662648.post-1153479004661855182006-07-21T11:50:00.000+01:002006-07-21T11:50:00.000+01:00Amy and Echo:Nope. I actually dont' know her, but I know who her coach is and she's fantastic! I have always wanted to do an open water swim, but 30 + hours in the water-well, let's just say, I might stick to sprinting. :) There isa guest book you can sign for her congratulating her as well. I'm sure you could google it.
Yeah, those pictures need to be updated badly. Oh, and I havent' forgotten about my promise to blog about screen readers. I may have a guest blogger for that-she knows more about that kind of stuff than me.Just Jess for nowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07250050080448577898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19662648.post-1153404712639815182006-07-20T15:11:00.000+01:002006-07-20T15:11:00.000+01:00this is cool...Got a question. Do you know Jenna ...this is cool...

Got a question. Do you know Jenna Lambert who I think is from the area where you train? She was all over cbc and the radio for raising funds for her swim team to get a new 25m pool.

30 hrs of swimming across lake ontario is just insane for anyone! That's incredible....

Oh and I finally saw a few pics of you from your dec2005 posts... :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09455800980666388178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19662648.post-1153338352931114102006-07-19T20:45:00.000+01:002006-07-19T20:45:00.000+01:00Thanks, mind if I steal? Thanks, mind if I steal?Ayme, Polaris and Aspenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08498028744549851391noreply@blogger.com
